Who is the player that teaches on You Tube under the heading "Steel Picker"?

The gentleman who posts on YouTube as "Steel Picking" is Aaron Marshall.

I've talked with Aaron several times because earlier this year, I came across a video where he was talking about a polymer bar and I thought about how great it would be if I could get a polymer bar for playing steel.
