Upon so far one member asking for a Sticky Thread for Parts and Manufacturing.

This thread is ONLY for:

- if you MANUFACTURE / MAKE Parts for steel guitars
- if you offer to MANUFACTURE or MAKE Parts on demand (aka. Prototyping)
- if you are available to TREAT Parts, like polishing, lacquering etc.
- if you are selling NEW or NOS Parts or Assemblies (Eg: changers, tuner heads, cabinets, legs, and other parts to BUILD and instrument).


If you have old "stuff" for sale, please go the Buy'n'Sell section of the Forum and unload it there for all to see.

To keep this like a catalogue easy to search thru, please do not post "comments" including flattery or questions.

Older MSA 4 hole, 2 hole and stops.




Some Universal for squair 3/8 shaft with 1/4" swivels.

I have both the Orig. Tear Drops and Tear drop levers for Pro, Pro II and Super Pro.

Outwest is now entering the Manufacturing portion of the business We will be making of some replacement parts for many guitars. We will update this listing and add pictures as we progress.
At this point we produce
1) Replacement Carter dog bones/rod pull pins.

2) update barrels for Carter bell cranks/rod pullers


3) Older MSA barrels
4) many different replacement pull rods
5) lift kits

6) return springs Fessenden style and soon Emmon's/Derby style

I offer pull release changer fingers for six string or 10 string pedal steels.
Changer mounts . Wood Keyheads .
Leg mounts for 1/2 x 13 screw on legs.
Pull rods for the undercarriage.
Cross shafts and mounts.
MY DESIGN FOR NOW. WILL OFFER OTHER DESIGNS LATER.
All the parts will be my design and I also have complete pedal steel guitars kits for anyone that wants to make the building of their guitar a simple process.
