Telonics volume pedal issue

Has anyone else who uses the Telonics volume pedal had issues with their power supply dying? I bought mine used here off the forum two summers ago and I’m on my 3rd power supply. I wrap the cable loosely so I don’t believe I’m breaking/shorting wires internally, it works one night and then is just dead the next. I get another power supply from Telonics and I’m good to go again. FWIW I have the older kind with the locking plug.
