A friend of mine has this 78, and I thought the steel break was super cool, so I learned it. My curiosity with it is not sated, however. I want to know who played steel on this. I know it was likely recorded in LA, so it has been narrowed down to a few dozen cats: Speedy, Joaquin, and Boggs? I know Ernie Ball, Tommy Sargent, Eddie Martin, and a couple others were kicking around that time and place. But, my ear is not attuned enough to instantly know. Any help? Thanks
Who played Steel on Doye O'Dell's 1952 "Diesel smoke, Dangerous Curves"?

https://www.bigvjamboree.com/DOYE-O%27D ... STORY.html
A big story about Doye, at one point his recording contract with Intro records is mentioned and Speedy West and Jimmy Bryant are most likely the players in this period.
