Ronnie Hiatt dies

Post by Mike Weirauch »

I know that Ronnie spent as much time in no peddlers as he did in bar chatter So I just felt that his passing should be posted where he enjoyed being. He was found dead Wednesday and will be buried tomorrow in his hometown of Reidsville, N.C. God blessed us all by letting us know Ronnie Hiatt.

I knew something was wrong as he never got back to me, I wonder if ever even got the chance to play that Stringmaster...I joked with him last time we spoke that he should leave it in his will back to me....He told me he was going to outlive me...He was a good man,
Aloha,
Mike

How sad. I'll miss his e-mails and the unique perspective he shared with all of us through the forum.

Really too bad. Although I knew him only from the Forum, Ronnie was somone I warmed up to right away. His enthusiasm was contageous. He will surely be missed. Every day is precious and we all are just visiting.
