Looking for a tool for finding notes, scales,
and chords on your lap steel (or other)
guitar?

They even have C6 8-string tuning available
(but for some reason they only list 7 of
the strings and forgot the low A). The
C6 8-string tuning is listed under "User Defined"

Not only that, you can register on the page and submit tunings that you don't find.

I'm going to post this over on Bar Chatter as well for the pedalers also.

If you know of any better ones, I'd love to hear about them. I've been looking for something like this for awhile now and thought I'd share it with you all.

Very cool idea! It is limited to 7 strings. I added the E13th and Jerry Byrd's 7 string tunings.
