Brad Paisley Album of the Year.

Post by Eric West »

About time this young feller started getting what he deserves.

Time Well Wasted was the best album I can remember, and I've heered a lot of 'em.

I look for a lot more tracks to slow down and wreck my fingers trying to play.

Probably the only good thing that I saw come out of the awards.

It's enough though.

Congrats Brad.

EJL, I couldn't agree more...or less..

The problem with Brad and crew,(Randal)is that they are getting faster and I am getting older !

I think the TIME CD is really good..but my faves' are still Pictures and Part II.

I can stumble/fumble thru the BRAD tunes..but the good news is my little TELE' pal bandmate and his brother , who fronts our band ,cover BRAD really well..I mean REALLY well...

Tele's, Dr Z's..the whole deal..

One of our favorite tunes these days is EASY MONEY..great tune in the dives...

Writes, sings, and plays his butt off--And I hear through the grapevine that B.P. is a super nice guy, as well. A WELL-deserved award.
And by the way, Tony---Your playing was a highlight of this past weekend's jam at Saluda! There, I said something nice about Tony Prior. May not happen again...

The only music I heard all night that I actually bought, well except for the old Buck Owens stuff.

Ok Stephen, wake up..you're having a bad dream..

I played thru an AC-30 today, the $999 model .Really nice with the Tele...

Matt reminded me that Brad played thru AC-30's back around the first CD or so...

Anyway, I had a great time at the Doug Seminar, and seeing the locals was great to..You and Charles etc....always a good time...

by the way MOST EXCELLENT Gretsch ya got there...It is a class act Guitar...

Let me borrow it for a year or two..I'll let you know how it is...
