AT plug to 15pin D-shell connector

Post by Chip Fossa »

Hello Gang,
Radio Shack has a sale on till Oct 28
and so I picked up a 61 key keyboard with
MIDI capability for $119.00. The keyboard is
a better way for me to enter notes/music into BIAB and Cakewalk.
Now the problem is, going from the 2
MIDI 'AT' ports on the rear of the keyboard to the SoundBlaster soundcard 15pin module
on the pc.
Radio Shack did not not have any such adapter nor did Staples. Haven't tried CompUSA yet.
But is there such a beast? If not, then I'm
taking this keyboard right back to RS.
I just get the feeling now, that is why these keyboards are on sale....
cause they are pc INCOMPATIBLE.

Anyone have any insight into this?

Thanks All.
